At E-Ride Pro USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, manuals, and packaging must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at contact@erideprosrusa.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:
A return authorization confirmation
A prepaid return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send the item
Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
We strongly encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us at contact@erideprosrusa.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
The following categories are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or personalized items
Special orders or one-off builds
Flammable, hazardous, or regulated materials (e.g., batteries with damage, liquids, compressed gas)
Any product that has been used, modified, or is not in its original packaging

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to:
Initiate a return for the original product.
Place a new order for the desired item separately.
Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund under the conditions outlined below.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

If your order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
To qualify:
Items must be unworn/unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase is required.
Shipping costs may be deducted unless the item was defective or sent in error.
E-Ride Pro USA offers a limited warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles purchased directly from our website or through authorized dealers.
1 year or 2,000 miles from the date of purchase (whichever comes first)
Valid only for the original purchaser
Non-transferable
We will repair or replace, at our discretion and at no cost to the customer, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Covered components include:
Frame
Motor
Battery (subject to performance criteria)
Major electrical or mechanical systems
This warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear
Damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Battery degradation (unless capacity drops below 70% during the warranty period)
Consumable parts such as:
Tires
Brake pads
Suspension components
Third-party accessories not supplied by E-Ride Pro USA
