1. Shipping Policy

At E-Ride Pro USA, we aim to ensure that your electric bike or accessories are delivered safely and as quickly as possible. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, please understand that shipping dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Severe weather events

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Global supply chain disruptions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


1.1 Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Domestic Delivery: 4–5 business days (within the U.S.)

  • Estimated International Delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on destination)

Your tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout within 2 business days of your purchase, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Note: For orders containing multiple items, shipments may arrive in separate packages.


1.2 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 states in the United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • Most countries in Europe

  • Additional global destinations upon request

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a valid residential or business address.


1.3 Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders placed through www.erideprosrusa.com.


1.4 Address Modifications & Delivery Appointments

If your shipping address changes after dispatch, modifications may delay delivery or incur additional carrier charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by address updates after shipping.

If your delivery requires an appointment (as may be the case with residential freight), you must respond to the shipper within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation, and you will be responsible for all shipping-related costs.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

2.1 Before Shipping

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours at no cost.

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours, but before shipping, are subject to a 3%–5% processing fee, depending on the order status and payment processor.

If you wish to change the color, model, or item type, please notify us before your order ships. Once in transit, such changes cannot be made.


2.2 After Shipping

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you choose to return the product, standard return policies will apply.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


2.3 After Delivery

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 30 days from the delivery date, unless covered under warranty (see below).


3. Warranty Policy

At E-Ride Pro USA, we are committed to quality and performance. That’s why we offer a Limited Warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles.

3.1 Coverage

  • Duration: 1 year or 2,000 miles, whichever comes first

  • Eligibility: Applies only to original purchasers

  • Coverage includes manufacturing defects in key components:

    • Motor

    • Frame

    • Battery (with exceptions—see below)

    • Electronic controller and wiring

Warranty repair or replacement is provided free of charge for covered components.


3.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, suspension components)

  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Water damage

  • Third-party accessories not supplied by E-Ride Pro USA

Battery Specifics

Battery degradation is expected over time. This warranty only applies if the battery capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.


3.3 Warranty Service Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at contact@erideprosrusa.com

  2. Provide your order number, date of purchase, and detailed description of the issue

  3. Include clear photos or videos when applicable

Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the next steps, whether that includes replacement parts, repair options, or a full unit exchange (as applicable).
