E-Ride Pro USA – Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

E-Ride Pro USA (“the Company”) offers a limited one-year warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles (“the Product”) purchased either through an authorized E-Ride Pro dealer or directly from our official website.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and begins on the date of purchase. It is non-transferable.

As of May 27, 2025, the Company has removed mileage limitations associated with warranty claims.


2. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace components found to be defective in materials or workmanship. Covered parts include, but are not limited to:

  • The motorcycle frame

  • The electric motor

  • The battery (subject to conditions below)

  • Other integral electrical and mechanical components

All repairs or replacements will be made using new or refurbished parts as deemed appropriate by E-Ride Pro USA.


3. What Is Not Covered

The following exclusions apply and are not covered under this warranty:

a. Normal Wear and Tear

  • Cosmetic deterioration such as scratches, dents, or paint fade

  • Wearable items (e.g., brake pads, tires, chains, suspension components)

b. Damage Due to Misuse or Improper Use

  • Accidents, collisions, neglect, abuse, or racing

  • Improper or lack of maintenance

  • Use outside the recommended terrain or riding conditions

c. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs

  • Any changes made to the Product without prior written approval from E-Ride Pro USA

  • Damage resulting from installation of aftermarket or third-party parts

d. Battery Degradation

  • Normal battery capacity reduction over time is expected and is not covered

  • However, if the battery capacity drops below 70% of its original specification within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement

e. Third-Party Accessories

  • Any aftermarket accessories or parts not originally provided or approved by the Company are excluded from warranty coverage


4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the original owner must follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Your Authorized Dealer

If the Product was purchased from an authorized dealer, please reach out to them first. They will guide you through the claim process.

Step 3: Provide Required Documentation

Be prepared to submit:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Product serial number

  • Description and/or photos of the issue

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim denial.


5. Limitation of Liability

E-Ride Pro USA’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of covered components.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use of the Product

  • Personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use or inability to use the Product

  • Costs incurred for shipping, labor, or loss of time during repair processing unless otherwise agreed in writing


6. Warranty Modifications and Policy Changes

E-Ride Pro USA reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

Any updates to this policy will not affect warranty coverage for Products sold prior to the date of such changes.
